Cancellation & Refund Policy
ANYBODY CARE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
- ✔ Order Cancellation:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order. However, once the order has been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.
- ✔ Non-Cancellable Products:
Orders for perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.) cannot be cancelled. However, refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product was not satisfactory.
- ✔ Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant/vendor verifies the issue at their end.
- ✔ Product Not as Expected:
If you feel that the product received is not as described on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team within the same day of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will make an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
- ✔ Products with Manufacturer Warranty:
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- ✔ Refund Processing:
In case a refund is approved by ANYBODY CARE PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take approximately 6–8 business days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s account.
